A camp to help young players from 6-8 years old, develop their fundamental movement & fitness skills. Children will be taking part in fun activities that:

- Develop Coordination, Flexibility & Reaction Time

PERFORMANCE CAMPS


Performance camps are carefully designed to give 11-18 years the complete experience and learn how to take performance to the next level. Players will have fun, while developing their on and off court/field skills, in sports training and after practice workshops to learn key life skills that:


- Develop sport and athletic ability

- Improve fitness, mobility & mindset

- Enhance understanding of nutrition, injury prevention & recovery


Sport camps package the best of Train to Play sports coaching, to give 11-18 years olds, the opportunity to focus on developing on court/field skills and take performance to the next level. All players will have fun while taking part in training sessions that:


- Developing & refining existing skills

- Improving tactical understanding

- Taking part in competitive opportunities

A camp to help young players from 7-11 years old, develop their existing skills into good techniques and learn to love the game. All players will have fun while:


- Developing basic and advanced skills

- Improving tactical understanding

- Taking part in fun competitive games

A Mini Tennis camp to help young players from 5-8 years old, develop their skills into good techniques and learn to love the game. All players will have fun while:


- Developing fundamental skills into techniques

- Learning how to serve, rally and score

- Taking part in fun competitive games
